Warren’s entrepreneurial spirit and creative genius drives the team at Motor. His absolute focus on the needs of clients, massive amounts of energy and naturally strategic mind has enabled him to build one of the leading FMCG branding and packaging design firms in Australia and now the US.

His experience spans decades and continents, working with international industry leaders such as ALDI International, ALDI USA, Roche, GlaxoSmithKline, PriceWaterhouseCoopers and Boots the Chemist.

For five years he volunteered on the industry council AGDA (Australian Graphic Design Association) – Victorian chapter. For two of those years his focus as president was on the importance of design education. He has spoken at numerous conferences, university lectures and has been a judge on many awards for branding and packaging design.

In Australia, Warren has been integral in the strategic branding of ALDI Australia, Sigma Pharmaceuticals, Amcal and Guardian Chemists, Rebel Sport, Amart Sport, Masterfoods, Mars Confectionery Australia, Mentholatum Australasia, Gekko Systems, McCain Foods, Mattel, Michelin Australasia, Fosters Australia, Salta Properties & Westgate Logistics, ANZ Bank, Muk International, Ferndale Confectionery, Funtastic and many Australian Wineries.

Warren’s tenacity and determination to ignite brands is only matched by his passion for life and family. He’s a dedicated father of two, and when he’s not coaching their cricket and soccer teams, you’ll find him in the kitchen cooking like a madman, or creating amazing paintings and illustrations on huge canvases, or out riding his Harley Davidson much more responsibly than anyone thought possible.

DAVID SPEARING

David could’ve made a success doing lots of things, starting with a career in hospitality, then moving onto dealing antiques. But it wasn’t until he discovered his passion for design that David knew what he really wanted. This combined with a strong history in operations and account management and an eye for detail, is the crux of David’s ability to effectively manage both the Australian and US studios at Motor.

In his role as Chief Operating Officer, David ensures he keeps abreast of studio operations and capacities so he and the whole team at Motor can provide outstanding service and deliver key results to our clients.

David monitors the latest developments and trends in the fast moving technology sector of design to keep systems, processes and our team performing well above the industry standard.
Our clients know he’s an excellent communicator and he’s there when they need him, just a phone call away. Unless of course, he’s indulging in his other passion – spending an entire Saturday starting early in the food markets and finishing late cooking up a storm for his family and friends.

Chris has been enhancing both the client and consumer brand experience for more than 15 years.

He’s known as an inspirational team leader with a knack for creative brand ideas and powerful strategic thinking.

Chris is a marketing professional with a wealth of experience in brand identity, marketing, advertising and production.

Through his career experiences, Chris has been an integral part of brand development, marketing strategy and consumer loyalty initiatives across a variety of companies including Sony Music, AT&T and ALDI U.S.

His understanding of current design and marketing trends as well as his endless positivity and “can do” approach to projects makes him a natural team leader.

He’s truly passionate about crafting packaging and iconic brands that create enduring customer engagement and loyalty.

Chris has endless amounts of energy! When not in work mode he loves keeping active in sports and fitness. A huge believer in the medicinal powers of laughter, he loves to make his friends and family laugh and will go to great lengths to do so. An eternal optimist, Chis always see the glass as half full.

Nikki has been with Motor since 2002, in between having two kids and completing a Marketing Degree. She contributes a genuine understanding, together with dedication and commitment to designing brilliant branding strategies. Her ability to nurture relationships both internally and externally makes her a crucial member of the Motor Account Service team.

NIKKI MOESCHINGER

Nikki has been with Motor since 2002, in between having two kids and completing a Marketing Degree. She contributes a genuine understanding, together with dedication and commitment to designing brilliant branding strategies. Her ability to nurture relationships both internally and externally makes her a crucial member of the Motor Account Service team.

Her ability to think strategically and offer her clients timely consumer insight has been honed over many years of marketing communications and branding experience, ranging from edgy youth-orientated FMCGs to high profile corporate brands such as Orica Mining Services.

She is also highly qualified with both an Associate Diploma of Business (Public Relations) and a Bachelor of Business (Applied Marketing) from RMIT University

Nikki brings passion, enthusiasm, strong leadership and a professional attitude to each and every one of her projects.

Outside of work, it’s family, friends and cryptic crosswords that make Nikki’s world go round, and spending time down The Great Ocean Road.

PETER COOPER

Pete’s one of those rare people who live, sleep and eat design. It’s not just a job to him; it’s who he is. He looks at the world differently to the rest of us and that’s what makes him such an integral part of the Motor team. It’s interpret a brief and think strategically that gives him an uncanny insight into the development of strong branding and packaging solutions that deliver real results.

With a diverse design career that started in South Africa, Pete honed his skills in the UK, and ultimately landed in Australia in 2004. Having worked in advertising for brands such as CUB, Cadbury and Campari, he has a genuine love for branding and packaging and he has become a well-respected specialist in this niche field.

Rounding off Pete’s talents are his great interpersonal skills as a creative team leader, his excellent illustration ability and his flair for 3D visualisation.

Outside of work, Pete loves being a father of three and a devoted family man. He’s also a bit of a kid himself and likes nothing better than escaping into the world of sci-fi and pc gaming when he can find the time.
